La Questura di Agrigento dovrà rinnovare regolarmente il porto di fucile per uso caccia
Alla vista dei Carabinieri ha cercato di liberarsi di un involucro contenente poco meno di 100 grammi di hashish, gettandolo fuori dal finestrino dell'auto.
Restano in carcere le due donne, madre e figlia, indagate nell’ambito dell’operazione dei giorni scorsi sul giro di prostituzione tra Agrigento e Palermo con il coinvolgimento anche di una minorenne vittima di abusi. Confermati anche i domiciliari ad altri due indagati, mentre sono state parzialmente accolte le richieste di altri due uomini, anch’essi indagati. La decisione è del Tribunale del Riesame di Palermo che si è pronunciato sulla richiesta di revoca delle misure cautelari da parte degli avvocati difensori dei sei indagati. Le accuse a vario titolo sono di sfruttamento e favoreggiamento della prostituzione, nonché di atti sessuali con minore. Le misure sono state eseguite dai Carabinieri tra le province di Palermo e Agrigento. Madre e figlia, in base alle indagini dei Militari dell'Arma, si prostituivano costringendo anche la minorenne a subire abusi. Confermati i domiciliari per altri due indagati. Altri due uomini hanno avuto accolte le loro richieste. Uno ha avuto revocato l’obbligo di permanenza in casa dalla 20 alle 7, e quindi non ha più alcuna misura, l’altro invece, ha avuto revocato sempre l’obbligo di permanenza nelle ore notturne, ma è stato confermato l’obbligo di dimora.
