nella quale era in corso l’intervento di riqualificazione con il cantiere che, ovviamente, era stato fermato durante il periodo del lockdown, ma non era ripreso. Proprio nei giorni scorsi avevamo raccolto l’esasperazione dei residenti per la situazione di pericolo, legata a tubi e tombini scoperti, ma agli aspetti igienico sanitari. Ieri sono ripresi i lavori e si sta effettuando la pavimentazione dell’arteria, in linea con l’intervento che in passato ha riguardato le altre vie e piazze del centro storico di Sciacca. La via Tumolieri era rimasta esclusa dalla riqualificazione risalente ai primi anni duemila. Solo nel 2013 venne elaborato il progetto che ottenne il finanziamento due anni dopo. Si è dovuto attendere il 2019 per vedere iniziare i lavori.Un iter particolarmente travagliato e probabilmente tra i residenti c’era il timore che tutto potesse nuovamente bloccarsi visto che, cessato il lockdown, solamente ieri il cantiere è stato riaperto.
