Il Settore Edilizia Scolastica del Libero Consorzio ha approvato l'affidamento del servizio di “Esecuzione di indagini diagnostiche ed effettuazione delle verifiche tecniche finalizzate alla valutazione del rischio sismico degli edifici scolastici nonché al conseguente aggiornamento della mappatura, relativa ad edifici di proprietà della Provincia Regionale di Agrigento.
Le indagini riguardano in particolare tre istituti superiori della città di Sciacca. Si tratta dell’istituto Accursio. Miraglia ( con verifcica delle aule, della palestra e dei laboratori) dell’ Istituto d’Arte Bonachia e dell’ Alberghiero Molinari.
I lavori sono stati aggiudicati alla società abruzzese VEMA Progetti srl che si è aggiudicata la gara per un importo di circa 104 mila euro.
Si tratta di verifiche necessarie per poter accedere a futuri finanziamenti finalizzati alla messa in sicurezza degli edifici scolastici.
Il Libero Consorzio di Agrigento che ha competenza sulle scuole superiori aveva ottenuto complessivamente 287 mila euro per l’esecuzione delle indagini diagnostiche e l’effettuazione delle verifiche tecniche finalizzate alla valutazione del rischio sismico. Oltre ai tre istituti saccensi il progetto coinvolgerà altri tre istituti superiori del comune di Agrigento.
