Con l'avvio della stagione estiva, viene dunque eliminato dei vincoli che non consentiva di sedere vicino ad un altro passeggero e di osservare il distanziamento sociale anti-coronavirus.
L’ordinanza n.26 ‘contigibile e urgente’, formata da due articoli, è stata emanata giovendì scorso e sarà valida, come riportato nel testo, a partire da oggi e soltanto fino al 14 luglio prossimo.
Si legge all’articolo uno: “Nel rispetto delle misure di carattere sanitario finalizzate alla prevenzione e al contenimento dell’infezione da Covid-19, è consentita l’occupazione del 100% dei posti a sedere e in piedi per i quali il mezzo è omologato, in deroga all’obbligo di distanziamento intepersonale di almeno un metro e al coefficiente di riempimento dei mezzi fissato dal DPCM dell’11 giugno 2020.
Gli spostamenti infra ed interregionali non sono soggetti ad alcuna limitazione permanendo, però, l’obbligo di osservanza delle misure di contenimento del contagio.
Tali misure – si legge ancora – si applicano anche al trasporto pubblico regionale, locale di linea ferroviario, automobilistico extraurbano, nonché al trasporto pubblico non di linea e servizi autorizzati ( come taxi, noleggio con conducente, noleggio senza conducente sia automobilistico che bus, autobus a fini turistici), trasporto pubblico funiviario”.
Il provvedimento di Musumeci è stato salutato positivamente dall’Asstra Sicilia (associazione dei trasportatori): “Apprezzamento e soddisfazione per la nuova ordinanza che di fatto permette la ripartenza del trasporto pubblico in Sicilia”, recita una nota. “Con questo importante provvedimento l’amministrazione regionale dimostra capacità di ascolto e di intervento e pone le basi per una vera ripartenza della Sicilia in piena sicurezza visto che sono disposte un’altra serie di misure anti contagio”.
