Così il capogruppo del M5S all’Ars, Giorgio Pasqua, che assieme agli altri 14 deputati pentastellati ha messo nero su bianco la mozione di sfiducia al presidente della Regione, già annunciata qualche giorno fa in aula e oggi presentata agli uffici dell'Ars. Iniziativa che prescinde dai numeri che ovviamente sono necessari per far passare in aula la sfiducia a Musumeci e che ha la finalità politica di demarcare nettamente la distanza del Movimento 5 Stelle dal governo della Regione, dopo le accuse peraltro lanciate ai fuoriusciti dal gruppo, ossia i parlamentari: Mangiacavallo Pagana, Palmeri, Foti e Tancredi, di avere di fatto sostenuto Musumeci. Chiaroil valore simbolico dell’iniziativa posto che per sfiduciare il presidente occorre che la mozione sia votata da 36 parlamentari,mentre i deputati 5 stelle sono 15.
Andando alle motivazioni poste alla base della mozione, si fa riferimento innanzitutto alla recente nomina dell’assessore ai Beni culturali Samonà che per i penstastellati non ha rappresentato altro che un regalo alla Lega che pure ha sempre snobbato e criticato i siciliani, ma anche alle nomine di Candela e Damiani, due tra le principali figure travolte dal recente scandalo che ha investito la sanità siciliana E , ancora, a quello che viene definito il disastro della cassa integrazione in deroga, vero e proprio calvario per i siciliani che hanno dovuto aspettare molto di più dei lavoratori delle altre regioni per riscuotere quanto loro dovuto.Nella mozione di sfiducia si fa poi riferimento al Piano rifiuti inadeguato e ricco di criticità, al disavanzo certificato dalla Corte dei Conti, alla gestione fallimentare delle società partecipate e ai fondi europei.
Governo Musumeci accusato dai deputati 5 Stelle di non aver saputo mettere in moto la macchina dei fondi europei, raggiungendo con enormi difficoltà i target di spesa minimi alla fine di ogni anno, e non riuscendo ad utilizzare pienamente l’unico volano di sviluppo della Sicilia.
