Continua ad essere lungo l’elenco delle zone trasformate, nuovamente, in discariche a cielo aperto. Alcune foto sono state inoltrate alla nostra redazione dalla contrada Raganella. Non una novità. A distanza di tempo il punto in questione, nei pressi del ponte Baiata, viene ricoperto di rifiuti a cui poi, qualcuno, appicca periodicamente il fuoco. Non è superfluo dire che diversi animali randagi sono attratti dal cibo buttato per strada, bivaccando nei dintorni.
Altra discarica che con frequenza, da anni, viene a crearsi si trova sul monte Kronio, poco prima di arrivare alla Basilica di San Calogero al Monte. Qui alcuni residenti della zona, stanchi della situazione, hanno persino collocato dei cartelli per provare a toccare la sensibilità gli incivili, inibendoli a non alimentare la discarica.
Anche in contrada Bordea i sacchetti continuano a fioccare ai bordi delle strade di accesso alla contrada.
A Lumia, invece, lì dove sono state elevate alcune multe, si è proceduto, in mattinata, a svuotare i cassonetti e ripulire l’area che era nuovamente stracolma di sacchetti, nella speranza che non torni tutto come prima nell’arco di poche ore.
Ricordiamo, infine, che le due telecamere acquistate dal Comune di Sciacca non sono fisse. Verranno collocate a turno un po’ in tutte le zone della città che nel tempo vengono trasformate in discariche, sia nelle periferie che nel centro abitato, nella speranza che le multe possano placare il fenomeno dell’abbandono indiscriminato dei riufiuti.
