Decine di migliaia di microimprese interessate al Bonus Sicilia riproveranno domani mattina, a partire dalle 9:00, a completare la procedura prevista per l’invio della domanda, sperando che, questa volta, il sito SiciliaPEI regga e non vada nuovamente il tilt. Si tratta di un contributo a fondo perduto fino a 35 mila euro stanziato dalla Regione Siciliana per coprire gli effetti del lockdown sulle piccole aziende. Secondo il presidente della Regione, Nello Musumeci, l’anomalia del sistema sarebbe imputabile a Tim, ragion per cui il Governatore ha dato mandato all’Ufficio legale della Regione di verificare se esistano o meno le condizioni per procedere con la rescissione del contratto nei confronti della Tim Spa e con l’eventuale richiesta di risarcimento danni. Tim che ha, invece, risposto di aver sospeso in via cautelativa il servizio per verificare l'efficienza piena delle funzionalità, assicurando che il servizio sarà pienamente operativo da giovedì 8 ottobre. Sta di fatto che in tanti, il blocco del sistema, se lo aspettavano già, così come è accaduto in passato per analoghe situazioni. Il “flop day”, com’è stato rinominato quello di lunedì scorso, non poteva non scatenare reazioni politiche, rivolte in particolare all’assessore alle Attività produttive Mimmo Turano. È dello stesso parere il referente della CNA –Confederazione Nazionale dell'Artigianato e della Piccola e Media impresa, Giuseppe Montalbano. CNA che da mesi si rivolge agli esponenti politici per il blocco del bando, a causa dei tempi troppo ristretti per permettere il reperimento dei documenti necessari alle imprese, per gli eccessivi vincoli inseriti nel bando, ritenendo, oltretutto, mortificante la modalità del “click day”. Giuseppe Montalbano, ai nostri microfoni, torna a ribadire la necessità di intervenire per bloccare il Bonus Sicilia.
Riguardo il click day, il Codacons ritiene, inoltre, che potrebbe esserci una violazione di sicurezza che potrebbe comportare - accidentalmente o in modo illecito - la distruzione, la perdita, la modifica, la divulgazione non autorizzata o l’accesso ai dati personali trasmessi, conservati o comunque trattati. Ha, dunque, deciso di notificare la violazione al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, suggerendo a tutte le piccole e medie imprese siciliane di segnalare la violazione al Garante della Privacy.
