la Regione, ieri, in extremis, ha deciso di annullare questo tipo di modalità per permettere alle micro-imprese siciliane di accedere al Bonus Sicilia, fondo stanziato per superare i buchi finanziari registrati durante i mesi del lockdown dalle piccole-medie aziende del territorio. Nei prossimi giorni i 125 mln messi a disposizione dalla Regione verranno distribuiti a pioggia alle imprese già iscritte finora sulla piattaforma gestita da Tim, ( si parla di almeno 56 mila aziende ). Entro oggi saranno applicate le modifiche sul bando originario per erogare il ristoro finanziario alle imprese, ha assicurato ieri in conferenza stampa l’assessore regionale alle Attività produttive Mimmo Turano.
Immancabili i commenti. Intervengono già in mattinata Sicindustria, Confindustria Catania e Confindustria Siracusa che, calcolatrice alla mano, prevedono che ad ogni singola impresa registrata andranno 2.235 euro. “Una vergogna”, dichiarano, aggiungendo: “Se le imprese devono essere prese in giro in questo modo suggeriamo allora al governo di prendere gli elenchi dalle camere di commercio e distribuire i fondi a pioggia, dal momento che non c’è evidentemente alcun interesse nei confronti della qualità dei progetti e delle ricadute che questi avrebbero sul tessuto imprenditoriale”.
Soddisfatta, invece, la presidente di Confcommercio Palermo - Patrizia Di Dio: “Il Governo regionale ha recepito le sollecitazioni di tutte le associazioni di Confcommercio che avevano sollevato perplessità sul metodo del click day, scelto inizialmente per distribuire i 125 milioni alle imprese in regola con i requisiti: sarebbe stata una lotteria che per molti si sarebbe trasformata in roulette russa. Il click day – spiega - non garantiva equità, pari opportunità fra i territori e proporzionalità per i danni subiti. Ci auguriamo - conclude Patrizia Di Dio - che la politica regionale, preso atto della forte domanda di aiuti, riesca a recuperare presto ulteriori risorse finanziarie per dare respiro alle aziende”.
