Il decreto nazionale del presidente del Consiglio dei ministri (Dpcm) ha accolto i consigli del Comitato tecnico-scientifico sull'abolizione delle zone gialle, in Italia. Secondo gli statistici, infatti, il passaggio della Sicilia alla fascia di rischio più alta sarebbe stato inevitabile fra una settimana: negli ultimi giorni i nuovi casi sono aumentati di oltre il 14 per cento e sono in risalita i ricoveri.
Il Dpcm, in vigore fino al 6 aprile, prevede che ci si possa muovere liberamente nel proprio comune o, se si vive in un paese con meno di 5 mila abitanti, verso un altro centro che non sia capoluogo di provincia, entro un raggio di 30 chilometri. Altrimenti l'autocertificazione è obbligatoria per motivare la necessità. E' consentito incontrare parenti e amici ma solo all'interno del proprio comune, una sola volta al giorno tra le 5 e le 22 per un massimo di due persone più under 14 o disabili. Il 3, il 4 e il 5 aprile per le feste di Pasqua sarà concessa ovunque una sola visita ad amici e parenti all'interno della stessa regione e sempre in due al massimo.
Bar e ristoranti sono aperti ma solo per l'asporto dalle 5 alle 22. Così anche pasticcerie e gelaterie. Dalle 18 in poi la vendita è vietata ai locali senza cucina. Via libera alle consegne a domicilio. In hotel, per i soli clienti che hanno una stanza, è consentita la consumazione. Aperti i bar di ospedali, aeroporti e gli autogrill. In zona arancione nel weekend chiudono centri commerciali e mercati non alimentari. Consentito praticare gli sport all'aperto, individuali, senza contatto, a due metri di distanza da altri, senza obbligo di mascherina. Aperti circoli e centri sportivi.
Quanto alla seconda casa è consentito raggiungerla anche in un'altra regione, purché già di proprietà o affittata prima del 14 gennaio. Ci si può andare solo con il proprio nucleo familiare. Per comprare, vendere o visitare un immobile da acquistare ci si può spostare anche in un altro comune.
A queste restrizioni, si aggiungono quelle comunali. A Sciacca, com’è noto, il sindaco Francesca Valenti ha firmato una propria ordinanza attraverso cui si dispone il divieto di stazionamento delle persone in aree pubbliche, dalle ore 7 e fino alle ore 22, anche questa valida “fino al 6 aprile, compreso, con possibilità di reiterazione e modificazione.
“È, comunque, fatta salva la possibilità di solo attraversamento e di accesso e deflusso agli esercizi commerciali legittimamente aperti e tutte le altre attività consentite dal Dpcm, nonché alle abitazioni private, avendo cura in ogni caso di rispettare il distanziamento interpersonale di almeno un metro e l’utilizzo dei dispositivi di sicurezza personali, nonché la possibilità di svolgere le attività consentite dal Dpcm per le quali vanno rigorosamente osservate le prescrizioni contenute nei relativi protocolli di sicurezza”.
In più, in via precauzionale, da oggi e fino a mercoledì 17 tutte le scuole, di ogni ordine e grado, a Sciacca, saranno chiuse per permettere la sanificazione degli ambienti.
