Contiene l'impegno al governo regionale ad adottare tutte le misure utili e immediate, a tutti i livelli istituzionali, a favore della popolazione residente nei territori che hanno subito i maggiori danni dal nubifragio di una settimana fa, includendo in via prioritaria la dichiarazione dello stato di calamità naturale per consentire un immediato intervento di carattere logistico e finanziario per assicurare il ripristino dello status quo e per il ristoro dei danni subiti a favore degli insediamenti agricoli e turistici, delle marinerie, degli insediamenti produttivi ittici e di cantieristica, oltre ad un contributo sulle spese per gli interventi urgenti volti a fronteggiare l’emergenza. "Durante i primi 10 giorni di novembre - osserva Pullara - il maltempo ha continuato a flagellare la Sicilia in particolare la provincia di Agrigento colpendo duramente insediamenti agricoli e turistici, nei comuni di Sciacca, Agrigento, Palma di Montechiaro Ravanusa, Campobello di Licata, Canicattì e Licata". Il parlamentare ricorda anche che a peggiorare la situazione ci si è messo pure il tornado marino di due giorni fa che ha colpito soprattutto Licata e Sciacca, le loro marinerie, gli insediamenti produttivi e di cantieristica che sono presenti limitrofi alle banchine della costa. Un'ondata di maltempo che ha causato danni ingenti che stanno mettendo in ginocchio i comparti produttivi più importanti per l’economia della nostra provincia e delle città e che peraltro sono tuttora in fase di stima.
