che entro metà aprile si potrebbe procedere alla consegna degli immobili, significa cioè tra circa un mese, ma il condizionale è d'obbligo rispetto alla individuazione dell'ennesima data, perchè di ritardi se ne sono accumulati fin troppi e di volta in volta tutte le date di consegna annunciate sono state finora disattese. Stiamo parlando dei nuovi alloggi popolari di Largo dei martiri di via Fani a Ribera, un cantiere aperto nel lontano agosto del 2019, quando arrivarono le ruspe per demolire le dieci palazzine costruite tra gli anni '70 e '80 con cemento depotenziato. Se era facilmente immaginabile che i tempi previsti dalla normativa della gara d'appalto, e cioè il completamento dei lavori di realizzazione delle nuove case in un anno, difficilmente sarebbero stati rispettati, è altrettanto vero che non si comprende come mai, a più di due anni e mezzo dall'avvio delle opere, l'ultimazione dei lavori continui a slittare e, di conseguenza, la consegna degli alloggi. A sperare che davvero sia la volta buona sono soprattutto le famiglie interessate che hanno più volte chiesto negli ultimi mesi tempi certi di consegna degli immobili e soprattutto il rispetto di tali tempi. Insomma, dapprima tutti gli ostacoli e le lungaggini burocratiche che per anni hanno bloccato il finanziamento e l'aggiudicazione della gara d'appalto, adesso il reiterato slittamento della data di consegna. E' con il sindaco di Ribera Matteo Ruvolo che abbiamo fatto il punto della situazione.
