E' questo sostengono i 5 Stelle in riferimento alla vicenda Terme. La Regione, dichiarano i pentastellati ha completato il primo step previsto nel cronoprogramma stilato durante l'ultimo vertice a Palermo. Il 17 agosto scorso ha inviato al Comune di Sciacca (Assessore Settecasi) e a Terme SpA le schede tecniche per ciascun immobile allegando la documentazione esistente e chiedendo al Comune di Sciacca e alle Terme SpA di integrare con la documentazione mancante (specificando anche quale fosse).
La palla è passata, dunque, al comune di Sciacca chiamato ad integrare la famosa documentazione relativa alla verifica di consistenza dei beni. Eppure, denuncia oggi il Movimento 5 Stelle, dal 17 agosto ad oggi il sindaco non ha ritenuto di dar conto della comunicazione inviata dalla Regione, neanche alla commissione speciale sulle Terme che pure si è riunita a fine agosto. Per i 5 Stelle era un atto dovuto, da parte dell'amministrazione comunale mettere al corrente la commissione, il consiglio comunale e la città della nuova documentazione richiesta da Palermo e del lavoro che il comune di Sciacca sta portando avanti per ottemperare alla richiesta.
Le Terme sono un bene pubblico e i cittadini hanno il diritto di conoscere ed essere informati dei vari passaggi che si stanno e si dovranno consumare per arrivare all'auspicata riapertura delle strutture, dicono gli esponenti locali del Movimento 5 Stelle che accusano il sindaco di tacere su fatti importanti, nonostante l'attivismo mostrato recentemente sui social per altre tematiche.
