ma in discussione ci sono le modifiche al regolamento delle entrate pianificate per venire incontro al contribuente.
Le tasse vanno pagate, ma non tutti lo fanno e i dati, soprattutto quelli della Tari, sono sconfortanti. Il Comune di Sciacca ha deciso di modificare il regolamento delle entrate andando incontro alle esigenze del contribuente. Se fino ad oggi era consentito rateizzare il proprio debito in 24 mesi, adesso con le modifiche apportate si potrà pagare quanto dovuto anche in 72 rate. Una dilazione nel pagamento che risponde, dunque, alla crisi economica e alle conseguenti difficoltà per le famiglie. Ciascuna rata non potrà comunque avere un importo inferiore ai 100 euro. Maggiore è il debito nei confronti dell'ente e più rate saranno possibili. E' prevista, inoltre, la compensazione tra debiti e crediti. Significa che il contribuente saccense che vanta, a sua volta un credito nei confronti del Comune potrà compensare l'eventuale debito accumulato sul fronte dei tributi dovuti.
Infine, tra le novità introdotte al regolamento delle entrate attualmente in vigore al comune di Sciacca c'è anche il cosiddetto “ravvedimento operoso”. Si tratta di un sistema che consente al contribuente di regolarizzare errori o illeciti fiscali. Era già previsto, ma si poteva regolarizzare la proprla posizione solo entro un anno, mentre adesso si avrà la possibilità di farlo fino al momento in cui viene contestatato il mancato pagamento o l'errore nell'importo dovuto. Sostanzialmente fino a 5 anni.
Insomma, si tenta la strada delle agevolazioni per incrementare le entrate tributarie a fronte di sacche di evasione che continuano a registrarsi a Sciacca sulla tassa rifiuti, ma anche sull'imu, nonostante la task force annunciata e che potrebbe portare nei prossimi mesi all'invio di cartelle esattoriali relative anche a più annualità. Si prevedono importi consistenti e anche in tale ottica si vuole venire incontro a chi deve pagare prevedendo una maggiore rateizzazione del debito. Modifiche quelle al regolamento che sono state apportate dall'ufficio tributi su indicazione dell'amministrazione comunale di Sciacca e che sono state successivamente esaminate dalla commissione consiliare bilancio e finanze che a sua volta ha avanzato delle proposte. Questa sera saranno sottoposte all'esame ed approvazione definitiva del Consiglio Comunale di Sciacca.
La seduta è in programma alle ore 19 e prevede anche la ricostituzione della commissione consiliare bilancio della quale faceva parte il consigliere Fabio Leonte che dopo la designazione ad assessore si è dimesso dall'organismo. Dovrebbe entrare a farne parte il collega consigliere ed ex assessore Paolo Mandracchia. Un avvicendamento, in questo caso, tutto interno alla lista Uniti per Sciacca.
