per averlo invitato a partecipare all’audizione congiunta delle tre commissioni parlamentari sul progetto del biodigestore di Sciacca. Tuttavia ritiene che sia stato l’ennesimo “processo alle intenzioni” con il risultato, peraltro, di impegnare per impegnare per alcune ore i lavori di tre commissioni permanenti dell’ Ars non per fatti concreti e puntuali, ma solamente per il volere politico del sindaco di Sciacca Francesca Valenti e dei parlamentari Margherita La Rocca Ruvolo e Michele Catanzaro. “Salva” soltanto il presidente della commissione ambiente, Giusy Savarino, l’imprenditore Moncada evidenziando il suo sia stato l’unico intervento non preconcetto.
Insomma, è scontro aperto non solo con il sindaco di Sciacca, la consulente Livreri e il comitato Piana Scunchipani. Quello mosso oggi da Moncada è un attacco anche ai parlamentari del territorio promotori dell’iniziativa che, ad opinione dell’imprenditore, non avrebbe prodotto alcun risultato in termini di sano confronto e approfondimento degli aspetti tecnici del progetto. L’esiguo tempo a mia disposizione non mi ha consentito di rappresentare la bontà del progetto, sostiene Moncada che, quindi, ha ha ritenuto di mettere nero su bianco le ragioni del suo gruppo, con la nota inviata non solo ai presidenti delle tre commissioni, ma anche al governatore Musumeci e al presidente della commissione antimafia per alcune dichiarazioni, da parte di dirigenti regionali, relative all’esigenza di normare meglio l’iter autorizzativo degli impianti di energia rinnovabile, anche in relazione a recenti fatti di cronaca che hanno coinvolti funzionari della regione.
Insomma, di tutto, di più per quella che già da tempo Moncada definisce come una “persecuzione” nei confronti della sua iniziativa imprenditoriale che, contrariamente a quanto indicato nell’oggetto dell’audizione congiunta delle tre commissioni parlamentari, è già stata avviata ed è in avanzata fase di realizzazione nell’impianto di contrada Piana Scunchipani. La società My Ethanol oggi, peraltro, sostiene di avere emesso ordini per circa 5 milioni di euro e che eventuali rallentamenti comporterebbero la perdita di incentivi statali per circa 80 milioni di euro e la perdita di 15 posti di lavoro. Il messaggio, per nulla subliminale, è stato lanciato.
