E la Scirocco srl tiene a spiegare almeno due punti rispetto alle dichiarazioni ieri dell'assessore Caracappa.
Il primo fa riferimento alle date, che non avrebbero intaccato lo svolgimento dei festeggiamenti in onore della Madonna del Soccorso, dal momento affermano dalla società, che la data di inizio era fissata per il 17.
L'altro chiarimento è relativo all'affermazione dell'assessore, secondo cui nopn sarebbero stati rispettati gli standard qualitativi come manifestazione, ma affermano dalla Scirocco “nessuno ci ha mai chiesto nulla in merito, né tantomeno ci sono state chieste rassicurazioni o modifiche di sorta” rispetto al progetto presentato.
Per gli imprenditori dello Street Food Fest si è voluto semplicemente dire No ad una manifestazione che è stata punto di riferimento dell'estate saccense degli ultimi 4 anni, un evento che ha avuto sempre ottimo riscontro di presenze e che raccoglie l'investimento di decine di imprese siciliane e anche locali.
Un attacco, quello della Scirocco, che punta a sottolineare in capo all'amministrazione Valenti la mancanza di programmazione e di idee chiare da portare avanti negli anni. “Nessun incontro formale con Caracappa, non siamo stati messi in condizione di discutere alcun aspetto della manifestazione”, concludono dallo staff dello Street Food Fest.
