Un paradosso se si considera che i saccensi non hanno ancora ricevuta la notifica della tassa da pagare. E, infatti, l’ufficio finanze e tributi del comune di Sciacca, nel comunicare che sono in corso di consegna gli avvisi di pagamento, evidenzia sin d’ora come, per la prima rata, ci sarà una tolleranza nel pagamento. Sarà di 30 giorni dalla data di notifica ai contribuenti. Non poteva essere altrimenti, ma fa sorridere che ancor prima di ricevere l’avviso, è abbandondamente trascorso il termine utile per il primo versamento, per quanti scelgono ovviamente la rateizzazione. Una ulteriore dimostrazione dei tempi della pubblica amministrazione. Detto ciò, la Tari 2019 non subirà variazioni rispetto allo scorso anno. Insomma non ci saranno ulteriori aumenti, ha precisato questa mattina l’amministrazione, così come non ci saranno diminuzioni, nonostante per anni ci siamo sentiti dire che con una raccolta differenziata fatta bene le cose, da questo punto di vista sarebbero cambiate e i cittadini avrebbero visto gli effetti benefici sul fronte dell’esborso per il servizio di raccolta e smaltimento dei rifiuti.
Tari invariata nel 2019 e, del resto, la mazzata era già arrivata lo scorso anno, con un aumento di circa il 20% che aveva generato proteste da parte dei cittadini, ma anche non poche polemiche politiche e prese di posizione anche di associazioni di categoria, come la Cna, che avevano evidenziato importi insostenibili a carico di commercianti e artigiani, già alle prese con la crisi economica. E come lo scorso anno la nota dolente delle bollette Tari arriva in piena estate. Pur con trenta giorni di tempo dalla data di ricevimento i saccensi, anche quelli in clima vacanziero, si ritroveranno a dover pagare la prima rata oppure l’intero importo in unica soluzione.
Peraltro la seconda rata scadrà il 30 settembre per cui, realisticamente, considerato che ancora gli avvisi di pagamento non sono arrivati e potrebbero passare diverse settimane, di fatto ci si ritroverà a pagare prima e seconda rata a distanza di breve tempo. Le altre, perché sono quattro le rate previste, scadranno rispettivamente il 30 novembre e il 31 dicembre di quest’anno. Queste, dunque, le scadenze per i contribuenti saccensi, per quelli ligi al dovere che la Tari la pagano, perché l’aspetto ancora più odioso del caro servizio di smaltimento dei rifiuti è che a Sciacca si registra il 40% di evasione. Anche riuscire a far pagare tutti per far pagare di meno è rimasta una utopia.
