nel tratto da Agrigento a Castelvetrano e il parlamentare saccense Rino Marinello, del Movimento 5 Stelle, investe l’Anas della problematica.
Da anni, migliaia di automobilisti e la stampa, segnalano l’estrema precarietà dei guard-rail di protezione dell’arteria stradale, ha scritto il senatore Rino Marinello che ha richiesto all’ANAS tutti i dati statistici relativi agli incidenti che si sono verificati nel tratto in questione e se esistono progetti in itinere per la messa in sicurezza o rifacimento della strada, anche di tratti parziali. “Tali dati sono indispensabili, aggiunge Marinello per poter portare avanti la vertenza Statale 115 all’attenzione del Governo.
“Nei giorni scorsi, - continua il senatore - durante un incontro con il Provveditore delle Opere Pubbliche e Commissario della viabilità in Sicilia, Gianluca Levolella, insieme al portavoce all’Ars Matteo Mangiacavallo, si è anche ipotizzato l’apertura di un Tavolo Tecnico sulla SS115 che include anche quello che Rino Marinello definisce l’incomprensibile ritardo nella realizzazione dello svincolo che metterebbe in sicurezza gli accessi alle due strutture ricettive di Torre Macauda e Verdura Resort, nel territorio saccense. L’Accordo di Programma Quadro, stipulato tra Ministero dell’Economia, Regione Siciliana e Comune di Sciacca che ha portato alla realizzazione del Verdura Resort (aperto già da 10 anni), a suo tempo aveva previsto anche oltre 1 milione di euro per la realizzazione dello svincolo in quel tratto di statale 115.
La pratica, da molto tempo, è tornata ad essere di competenza del Comune . E’ pronta per essere affidata ad un ingegnere che deve redigere il progetto esecutivo e soltanto dopo si potrà procedere all’espletamento della gara d’appalto per l’affidamento dei lavori.
Il progetto, aggiunge il senatore Marinello, è fermo al comune, ma si potrebbe risolvere il problema con la stipula di convenzione con l’ANAS e l’affidamento dell’incarico al Responsabile Unico di Progetto.
