probabilmente non lo si dovrà certo a chi continua a farsi sonore beffe delle misure di contenimento previste non solo dalle norme, ma anche dal buonsenso. Accade così che l'allentamento delle misure iniziato il 4 maggio sia stato scambiato da qualcuno come il più temuto del "liberi tutti". Sono diverse, e da giorni, le zone del territorio comunale di Sciacca dove ci si incontra serenamente come a Ferragosto, senza distanziamenti di sicurezza né tanto meno mascherine. Sembra la fine della condanna alla rinuncia alla vita sociale, come se non fosse successo niente. E invece tutti sanno, o evidentemente dovrebbero sapere, che non è proprio così. Eppure questa foto, scattata ieri in via Allende, nella panoramica della Perriera, sembra indicare in maniera piuttosto evidente quello che, senza bisogno di ricorrere a perifrasi o a parole magiche, può benissimo definirsi "assembramento". Protagonisti soprattutto i giovani e i giovanissimi, (ma evidentemente anche gli adulti) "tutti insieme appassionatamente" in quello che è stato eletto a luogo di ritrovo e di bivacco lungo diverse ore, fino a quando però una pattuglia della Polizia di Stato non è intervenuta, a norma di DPCM, sgomberando immediatamente la piazza e identificando anche alcuni dei presenti. È di tutta evidenza come, la facoltà concessa a svolgere attività fisico ginniche all'aria aperta, sia stata scambiata per un'altra cosa. Diciamo pure che ieri alla Perriera mancava solo la musica dal vivo, e tutto sarebbe stato definitivamente "normale", anche se la fase storica nella quale ci troviamo a vivere tutto è fuorché "normale". E perfino le forze dell'ordine forse hanno necessità di capire che ad oggi la priorità non è più il checkpoint con annessa pretesa di esaminare l'autocertificazione che giustifichi l'uscita di casa del guidatore. Insomma: la cosiddetta "Fase 2" o non si è capito in cosa consista o, come fa notare oggi il consigliere comunale Salvatore Monte, non è stata capita bene. "Quello che accade nelle ultime giornate - dice Monte - dimostra come la popolazione non abbia recepito il messaggio". E così Monte ravvisa quella che definisce una esigenza urgente: "occorre - dice - dare informazioni chiare alla città". E, in tale direzione, il consigliere comunale evidenzia come ad oggi non esista ancora, da parte dell’amministrazione comunale, un vademecum che informi sui comportamenti da adottare in questa fase delicatissima, cosa che invece anche la Regione siciliana, dopo l'emissione della sua ordinanza, ha sentito l'esigenza di fare attraverso una circolare esplicativa". Salvatore Monte dichiara di auspicare da parte del comune la redazione di un elenco dettagliato di cosa sia possibile fare e cosa no. È, inoltre, sempre ad opinione di Monte, opportuno fare anche chiarezza su orari e su metodi di fruizione delle eventuali strutture attualmente aperte al pubblico. Parla, Monte, di diffusione mediatica oggi totalmente carente delle informazioni utili per chi giornalmente si riaffaccia alla quotidiana, e si dice disponibile a sostenere una campagna informativa urgente.
