procedere speditamente con l'approvazione del bilancio e più in generale un approccio più coraggioso da parte del Comune di Sciacca nella gestione di questa fase di ripresa economica. Sono le richieste contenute in una nota a firma dei consiglieri comunali Calogero Bono e Giuseppe Milioti, al termine della riunione della commissione bilancio che si è svolta ieri al Comune e che, tra le altre cose, ha visto la elezione di Giuseppe Milioti quale nuovo presidente dell'organismo. Vicepresidente è il consigliere Calogero Bono, segretario il consigliere Paolo Mandracchia, il quarto componente dell'organismo è l'ex presidente della commissione Ezio Di Prima. Proprio in vista della seduta del Consiglio Comunale di stasera alle ore 18, che torna a riunirsi per la prima volta dopo il lockdown ma in videoconferenza, quella durante la quale in apertura si parlerà della emergenza sanitaria ma che vede, tra i punti all'ordine del giorno, anche l'esame della richiesta della società Civiesse srl di realizzazione di un centro commerciale nell'area dell'ex cantina Enocarboj, Bono e Milioti ritengono che siano maturi i tempi per riportare i lavori d'aula nella loro sede naturale, e cioè la sala Falcone Borsellino. Ieri, nel corso della seduta della commissione bilancio che ha registrato la presenza dell'assessore Bacchi, i due consiglieri hanno reiterato la richiesta all'amministrazione di accelerare con l'approvazione del bilancio poiché solo con lo strumento finanziario approvato si possono portare avanti aiuti concreti per le attività commerciali duramente colpite dalla emergenza covid 19. Siamo consapevoli che l’emergenza che stiamo attraversando non ha precedenti e quindi nessuno ha ricette magiche, puntualizzano i due consiglieri di Progetto Sciacca, ma l’ente comune ha un ruolo importantissimo nella gestione della ripresa economica e deve quindi avere un approccio più coraggioso e deve guidare la ripresa economica con diverse azioni che vadano nella direzione di agevolare tutti i meccanismi che possano portare la gente alla normalità e quindi a mettere in circolazione il denaro che fa muovere l’economia. A proposito di ritorno alla normalità e della necessità di infondere fiducia, oltre a tornare a celebrare i consigli comunali di presenza, Bono e Milioti ritengono che gli stessi uffici comunali debbano riprendere la normalità nel rispetto di regole e comportamenti, così come si pone l'esigenza di snellire tutte le pratiche amministrative degli uffici comunali e facilitare chi vuole mettere denaro in circolazione. Per quanto riguarda gli aiuti concreti a famiglie e imprese, concludono i due consiglieri comunali, ci sono norme nazionali e regionali che mettono sul tavolo risorse ingenti per i Comuni quali misure compensative per i mancati introiti e per gli aiuti diretti (300 milioni dalla Finanziaria della Regione e tre miliardi e mezzo dal Decreto Legge Rilancio dello Stato). Occorre quindi far presto con il bilancio e non badare troppo alla forma, concludono Calogero Bono e Giuseppe Milioti.
