gli arresti operati nelle scorse ore al culmine di un'attività congiunta condotta da carabinieri, polizia di Stato e guardia di finanza di Sciacca, che hanno smascherato una truffa ai danni di 6 persone tutte palermitane, sottoposte a un sistema di reclutamento con l'offerta di un'assunzione alle Poste. Dietro le sbarre è finita una coppia di coniugi di Ribera (lui un ex dipendente delle Poste, lei portalettere a Sciacca). La terza persona coinvolta è una cittadina di nazionalità polacca. A Palermo presso un ufficio spacciato come sede sindacale, sottoponevano a colloquio diverse persone per garantire un lavoro sicuro. Secondo gli investigatori, con questo sistema erano riusciti ad appropriarsi di una somma complessiva di 45 mila euro. Ritengono, tuttavia, carabinieri, polizia e guardia di finanza, che simili truffe erano già state perpetrate in passato a persone residenti in provincia di Agrigento e di Palermo, riuscendo a sottrarre loro 400 mila euro. L'indagine prosegue. Una conferenza stampa nella sede provinciale dei carabinieri è stata tenuta dal Tenente Colonnello Roberto Vergato, comandante della Compagnia di Sciacca.
