Nonostante fosse un lunedì, in tanti hanno apprezzato l'esibizione del variegato gruppo agrigentino che, rievocando il “Trio Lescano”, ha portato il pubblico indietro nel tempo. I “Patty Singers” sono un quintetto vocale proveniente dalla Città dei Templi, specializzato nel canto armonizzato, composto da quattro donne, due coppie di sorelle: Lilia e Giovanna Cavaleri, e Claudia e Roberta Marcantonio, più un uomo, Alessandro Patti, che ha anche accompagnato le coriste al piano ed ha presentato, nel corso della serata, i brani proposti. Il quintetto è stato supportato da Mimmo Pontillo al contrabasso, da Andrea Vanadia alla batteria, e da Gaetano Agrò e Carmelo Salemi ai fiati. Il gruppo agrigentino ha rappresentato l’evoluzione della musica italiana, non tralasciando gli influssi provenienti dagli Stati Uniti e dal Brasile, attraverso l’esecuzione di canti che ne hanno determinato i principali passaggi e la rievocazione di quei particolari momenti, anche attraverso i costumi e la gestualità. E l'estate saccense continua, questa sera, con la musica in piazza Angelo Scandaliato. Ad esibirsi saranno “Gli amici per sempre”m nota cover band dei Pooh composta Enzo D'Asaro (voce), Accursio Sclafani (tastiere) Gigi Marino (basso) Mimmo Galluzzo (batteria) e Gino Guardino (chitarre). L'inizio del concerto è previsto alle 21.30.
