Acquistate tutte le nuove palme andate a sostituire quelle in precedenza attaccate dal punteruolo rosso e ridipinta la ringhiera che dà sul mare, ieri sera è stata la volta del taglio della torta monumentale raffigurante lo stabilimento termale e dell'atteso concerto del compositore e pianista saccense Accursio Cortese che, assieme ad altri colleghi, ha proposto una combinazione di progetti musicali. Più che soddisfatti gli organizzatori. A fare squadra, lo ricordiamo, tutti i club service della città: Rotary Club, We Help, Fidapa, Inner Wheel, Kiwanis e Lions Club Sciacca Host. Per più di due ore il “Combi Projects” proposto da Accursio Cortese ha incollato alle sedie gli oltre seicento spettatori che con calosi applausi hanno risposto con entusiasmo alle esibizioni, oltre che di Cortese, anche di Michele Bruno, Valerio Oliveri, Alessandro Pusateri, Ezio Bongiovì, Giuseppe Cusumano, Antonella Scalici e Salvatore Catanzaro. Un viaggio musicale pensato per l'occasione che il pubblico ha seguito con attenzione e col fiato sospeso. Una location, quella del viale delle Terme, che ben si è prestata al accogliere il concerto, come già in passato era stato sperimentato. Anche in questo modo il piazzale antistante lo stabilimento termale è stato valorizzato. Il sindaco di Sciacca, Francesca Valenti, ha così ringraziato i club service per la loro lodevole iniziativa.
